Somatic Therapy is the art of teaching individuals to understand how 

emotions and energetic blockages are stored in the body

and facilitating their release.

It is a gentle and effective way to clear generations worth of trauma,

unprocessed emotions and false naratives.

Yoga Nidra is the ancient practice of using the biological process of sleep

to make fundamental shifts in our consciousness and health.

It has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness.

 

It is dramatically easier to drop into a meditative state using Yoga Nidra

than with traditional meditation means. 

Once there, the practice can be customized to achieve your personal goals.

Every night when we sleep, we must do one thing; let go of our thoughts. In Yoga Nidra, we consciously enter the sweet spot between waking and sleeping, enabling us to rest more as the space of being beyond the mind, and less as the mind itself. This unlocks the  integrative powers of the subconscious, as well as your higher centers of consciousness, to effortlessly erase your most tenacious, self-destructive habits and behavior patterns.

 

It is said by yogis that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as three hours of sleep.

Yoga Nidra makes meditation available to everyone, 

despite age, physical limitations or meditative experience. 

It is completely accessible, customizable and effective to all. 

I am trained in facilitating these meditative sessions

and know how to orchestrate your experience for optimal benefit.

I can gently guide you to the peace and well-being that you desire and deserve. 

I also maintain a separate certification for guiding children in Yoga Nidra expreriences. 

Through this process, we are able to address the issues of stress, ADHD, emotional health and so much more...giving your child the tools that he/she needs to thrive.

Every Yoga Nidra experience includes a recording of your personalized session,

so that you can continue your practice between visits. These practices will become one of your favorite parts of the day, and their effects will ripple through all that you do.
